Are they waterproof?

Yes! But they will start to peel away if your skin has any kind of lotion, oil or sunscreen around your nipples. Apply the sunscreen after the Pastease.


How do they stick?

Pastease® nipple covers use a latex-free, medical-grade, waterproof adhesive that is safe for skin. Simply peel off the backing, position and stick for instant FUN!


Will the adhesive irritate my skin?

The majority of Pastease® wearers showed no signs of skin irritation when removed gently at the end of use. All Pastease adhesive products are latex-free.

What is the best way to remove Pastease® for more sensitive skin?

One way is to apply a spot of Pastease® All-Natural Sexy Fun Stick Balm to the ends of the nipples BEFORE applying Pastease. A favorite lip balm or lotion could also do the trick! If you forget to do that, another way to remove them is to apply oil or lotion around the Pastease and let it absorb into the surrounding skin. Then, gently peel away the Pastease and add more oil or lotion to the exposed areola as desired.

Will the cops give me a ticket for wearing my Pastease® in public?

Probably not. Generally, as long as you aren't being lude or inappropriate, all the cops will do is stare. In most states the law says that as long as your areolae are covered you're safe from harassment by law enforcement. Check for your state's specific laws here.

When properly applied, Pastease® will stay on in most any condition. Pastease® are skin safe but can cause minor irritation after extensive wear. Discontinue use if you have irritation. DO NOT USE if you have sensitive skin, open cuts, depigmentation issues or sun-burned skin. Have fun but use Pastease® at your own risk.

I made a mistake with the shipping address on my order. Can it be updated?

Please email immediately if you notice an error with your order's shipping address. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update the address for you on our end before shipping it out.

Why isn't my payment going through?

Please double check to ensure you're using the proper billing zip code associated with your credit card.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Typically, orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Shipping times vary based on location. Please keep in mind that orders placed using the Customizer may require extra processing time, especially for larger orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long. When in doubt, you can always log into your account and click on the order in question to see its status.

*Please note that sometimes tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!

My Order Never Arrived. What do I do?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Our shipping carriers work independently from Pastease, but here are a few solutions we can offer:

  • If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.
  • If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. Please send an email to so we can help you look into this.
  • If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

Customer support must be notified of any lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, customer service will not be able to assist with a replacement or refund.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Yes, we offer shipping insurance through LABL package protection and we highly recommend adding it to your order. This insurance protects against missing and stolen packages, providing peace of mind for your shipment.

Here's how it works:
Starting at just 99 cents, you can add shipping insurance to your order during checkout. If anything happens to your package during transit, you can submit a claim. If your claim is approved, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Please note that claims must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date to be eligible for coverage. Adding shipping insurance ensures that your order is protected throughout the shipping process.


What is your return policy?

At Pastease, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Most Pastease products are eligible for returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns can be made for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

How to I make a return?

When returning a product to Pastease, please include the packing slip that came with your order. If you don't have the packing slip, you can provide one of the following:

Currently, Pastease does not offer prepaid shipping labels for returns. Please address the shipping label to the following address:

Ensure the shipping label is securely attached to the package and drop it off at your local mail carrier. Once your shipping label is processed, your mail carrier will provide you with a tracking slip. Please keep this tracking slip until your return is processed, and you have received your refund in store credit or the original form of payment.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, it will be processed within 7 business days. After processing, a credit will be issued either as store credit or to the original payment method based on your request. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
